Armenian forces wound Azeri civilian
An Azerbaijani civilian was wounded after Armenian armed forces violated ceasefire close to a village of Azerbaijan’s frontline Terter region on Saturday night.
The Gapanly village resident was hospitalized with an arm wound and is said to be in stable condition.
The ceasefire breach also damaged rural homes.
Azerbaijan and Armenia have been locked in conflict for two decades. 20 percent of Azerbaijan’s territory has been under Armenian occupation since a precarious cease-fire was signed in 1994 following a lengthy war.
