Azeri official faces graft charges
BAKU – An official of Azerbaijan’s Military Commissariat has been detained on charges of corruption, law enforcement sources told the local APA news agency.
The detention of Lieut.-Col. Etibar Nuriyev, head of personnel, has been confirmed by the commissariat.
