Azercell kicks off summer campaign
BAKU – Azerbaijan’s leading cellular operator Azercell on Monday launched a new campaign for its SimSim users.
The new project, called the Summer Campaign, makes it possible to call and text other subscribers for incredibly low prices applied to domestic calls for prepaid subscribers, the company said.
Within one month Summer Campaign subscribers will pay only 3 Gapiks per minute of in-country calls within the network. The price of an SMS will be just 1 Gapik. Besides, subscribers of the GencSim tariff package will continue to talk free of charge till the 40th minute of call time after the third minute.
Bonuses envisaged under the Summer Campaign will be provided after loading scratch cards valued at 10 manats or more and remain valid for the following 30 days.
Azercell Telecom shifted to the manat-based billing system on May 1. Subscribers whose talk units were converted received discounts of 9% to 59%.
