Azerbaijan, Lithuania sign memo on anti-corruption coop
BAKU – The Prosecutor Generals of Azerbaijan and Lithuania has signed a memorandum on cooperation in the fight against corruption.
The document was signed during Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov`s meeting with Lithuanian counterpart Darius Valys in Baku on Wednesday.
According to the memorandum, the Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's Office Anti-Corruption Department and Lithuanian Department for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption will cooperate to facilitate such goals.
The Prosecutor Generals’ offices of Azerbaijan and Lithuania also cooperate under the European Union Twining program.
