Azeri defense chief meets US envoy
BAKU – Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev met US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza on Thursday.
They discussed the political and military situation in the region, the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the prospects for military cooperation between the two countries, the Defense Ministry said.
