Azeri president presents war flag to emergencies ministry’s civil defense forces
BAKU – Azerbaijani President, Supreme Commander-In-Chief Ilham Aliyev on Wednesday attended a ceremony of presentation of a war flag to the Ministry of Emergency Situations` civil defense troops.
The presentation ceremony was held at a military unit of civil defense forces.
Minister of Emergency Situations, colonel-general Kamaladdin Heydarov reported to the president.
Aliyev greeted soldiers of the military unit. Then, Aliyev presented a war flag to the civil defense forces.
Azeri leader made a speech at the event. He familiarized himself with the military unit after its reconstruction.
