Azeri justice ministry body chief dismissed
BAKU – Head of Azerbaijan’s Justice Ministry Penitentiary Service has been dismissed. Nazim Alakbarov, who has held the post for about five years, will be succeeded by Madat Guliyev, head of the Interior Ministry’s Chief Security Department, according to the Justice Ministry.
Reasons for Alakbarov’s dismissal are not disclosed.
