Azercell launches another customer care office

BAKU – Azerbaijan’s leading cellular operator Azercell has launched another customer care office in an effort to further improve services provided to its multi-million clientele.

The Azercell Express office, which began operating on Sunday in the town of Khirdalan, 10 km from the capital Baku, will be open six days a week.

AzEx’s business concept is "one-stop shopping", which allows customers to benefit from three services in the same location. Subscribers can make payments for call time, avail of customer service and buy a new phone or phone number there.

Azercell Telecom has introduced this concept not only in Azerbaijan but the entire region.

The company currently runs 31 Azercell Express offices throughout Azerbaijan, including 19 in the country’s regions.

Azercell Telecom LLC was established in January 1996 and began its operation as the first GSM operator in Azerbaijan in December 1996. As of September 2010, the company had about 4 million subscriptions in the country of nine million people.
