European Commission chief gets Azeri university’s honorary title
BAKU – European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso was awarded an honorary doctorate from Baku State University (BSU).
The university conferred the title to Barroso on Friday during his visit to Azerbaijan.
The BSU Academic Council made the decision a day earlier to award the doctorate to Barroso.
