CoE envoy to Azerbaijan ends mission
BAKU – The tenure of the Council of Europe Ambassador to Azerbaijan Veronika Kotek has expired.
Kotek, who had held the post since the summer of 2008, left the country in December and currently works for the CoE secretariat, according to the CoE office in Baku.
A new envoy of the organization is due to be appointed in February.
