Nakhchivan supreme assembly head meets Korean ambassador
BAKU – Chairman of Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov has met Korean ambassador to Azerbaijan Lee Jiha, AzerTAc reported.
Talibov informed the ambassador about the Autonomous Republic`s status, economy, science and education.
Lee Jiha said the goal of the visit was to familiarize with Nakhchivan, an ancient part of country and discuss prospects for cooperation between the Autonomous Republic and the Republic of Korea.
During the 3-day visit, the ambassador will have a number of meetings and become familiar with historical monuments in the Autonomous Republic.
