Azeri president opens new settlement for flood victims
BAKU – Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Monday inaugurated a new settlement for those whose houses were damaged by heavy Kur and Araz rivers flooding, which occurred earlier in April-May, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
Aliyev inaugurated new houses built in the villages of Saatly and Imishly for residents who were left homeless after the overflow of the Kur and Araz rivers.
