Medvedev: Russia has potential to resolve frozen conflicts
MOSCOW – Russia has potential to resolve different conflicts, including the frozen disputes, Russia 24 TV channel quoted President Dmitry Medvedev as saying at a news conference in Deauville on Tuesday.
"We can achieve some progress in resolving conflicts. But it is necessary for all parties of the conflicts to take a constructive position," Medvedev said.
One of the frozen conflicts, in which Russia acts as a mediator, is an Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
