According to a post shared on the ministry’s official social media account, the message stated:
*"We congratulate our Azerbaijani brothers, who 37 years ago advanced toward independence with the spirit of national revival and achieved great victories in Garabagh, on National Revival Day. We reaffirm that, under the motto 'One Nation, Two States,' we will always stand united and together."*
