Key opposition bloc nominates single candidates for parliament election
BAKU – Leaders of key opposition parties – Musavat and Azerbaijan Popular Front Party (PFPA) – Isa Gambar and Ali Karimli reached an agreement to nominate single candidates for parliament election due on November 7.
Isa Gambar and Ali Karimli held talks on Saturday on nominating single candidates in some electoral districts.
They reached an agreement on the third electoral district of Baku, supporting the candidacies of Hasan Karimov from 29th electoral district, Rauf Arifoglu – 25th electoral district and Arif Hajili – 30th electoral district.
The party leaders worked out a program on running a joint election campaign.
