EU special representative arrives in Baku
BAKU – European Union special representative for South Caucasus, Peter Semneby, has arrived in Baku for an official visit on Sunday.
Semneby is expected to hold talks with the Azerbaijan government and meet Azeri community of Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as the political parties and public figures.
The talks will focus on the latest developments in Azerbaijan and South Caucasus and the upcoming parliamentary elections in the country, due on November 7.
