Two seized over stealing cash from Baku airport
BAKU - 90,000 manats ($112,000) have been stolen from the cash register of the cargo terminal at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport of Baku.
The crime, which occurred on July 31, has been disclosed by Interior Ministry officers, the ministry said.
Investigators ascertained that the persons responsible for the theft were the treasurer and her husband. The two were detained in the northern Gabala region. Law enforcers impounded $66,035 and 5,220 manats ($6,525) from them.
