Azerbaijan, Israel mull co-op prospects
BAKU – Azerbaijani-Israeli relations and the prospects of their development were high on agenda during the meeting between the Israeli ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mr. Mikhail Lavon Lotem and Director of the Strategic Research Center (SRC) under the President of Azerbaijan, Mr. Elkhan Nuriyev, on Wednesday.
The importance of high-level visit exchanges and political dialogue for the development of the relations between the two countries was highlighted during the talks.
The parties expressed confidence that the joint projects in science, education and, particularly, those implemented by think-tanks of the two countries would contribute to the further expansion of bilateral ties.
SRC said some other issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting, declining to provide further comments.
