Azerbaijan names new deputy defense minister
Azerbaijan has named a new deputy defense minister.
"Following a presidential decree from December 9, 2022, Agil Gurbanov was appointed to the post of deputy defense minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan," the ministry said.
