Azerbaijan resumes flights to Europe
Plane flights from Azerbaijan to a number of European cities
have been completely resumed after interruptions due to the giant
ash caused by the eruption of an Icelandic volcano, according to
the state airline AzAL.
"All these flights are being administered normally and on
schedule," said Maharram Safarli, the company’s spokesman. AzAL has
also carried out all grounded flights.
The huge ash cloud has caused suspension of European airports for
five days.*
