Nine millionth Azeri citizen born
The nine millionth Azerbaijani citizen was born on Friday.
A boy, weighing 2.9 kg, with height of 49 centimeters, was
delivered in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in the morning,
according to the Health Ministry.
President Ilham Aliyev has enacted a decree ordering to present a
house, registered under the name of the newly-born, called Ilham
Ahmadli, as well as money worth 20,000 manats ($25,000).*
