Azerbaijan’s President İlham Aliyev had a tête-à-tête meeting with Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan in Vienna, Hikmat Hajiyev, head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, tweeted, Trend reports.
Now meeting continues with the participation of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, he wrote.
Earlier in the day, Hajiyev wrote on Twitter that Azerbaijan's President İlham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan met in Vienna to discuss the settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict.
"Azerbaijan supports negotiated resolution of the conflict within existing format based on UNSCR, HFA, principles of international law," he wrote.
