Azerbaijan stepping up anti-terror fight
Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizada has
approved instructions on stepping up the day-to-day work of
operational headquarters in managing anti-terror activities. The
document has been prepared by specialists from Ministries of
National Security, Internal Affairs, Defense, Emergency Situations,
Justice, as well as the State Border Service, the Special State
Protection Service and the Prosecutor-General`s Office. The
instructions identify responsibilities of groups established to
carry out anti-terror operations. Overall operations of the
headquarters will be led by a director to be appointed by the
President.
