Armenian Armed Forces attacked strategic targets in Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan’s Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev said at a briefing held on Oct.30, Trend reports.
According to Aliyev, during these attacks the Armenian side used Scud missiles having great destructive power five times: 3 of the missiles were fired on the city of Ganja, 1 - Gabala, and 1 - Kurdamir.
"During the attack from the Smerch missile systems, the Armenians also used shells with a cluster warhead. They tried to hit the largest power plant in the Caucasus, the Mingachevir TPP, the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, and Baku-Novorossiysk oil pipelines, as well as the Baku-Oghuz-Gabala water pipeline," he added.
Armenian Armed Forces launched a large-scale military attack on positions of the Azerbaijani army on the front line, using large-caliber weapons, mortars, and artillery on Sept. 27.
