Russia making serious efforts for Karabakh conflict’s settlement

Russia is making serious efforts for the settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, said Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
Mammadyarov made the remarks at a press conference held after the negotiations with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Moscow.
The Azerbaijani minister noted that not everything depends on Azerbaijan and the mediators, as well as Armenia, which have to start moving towards the settlement.
