First British film festival to kick off in Baku

Baku will host the first British film festival at a premium class movie theater, 28 Cinema.
The opening ceremony of the festival will be held on December 6.
The ceremony will be held with the joint organizational efforts of the British Council, which celebrates its 20th anniversary in Azerbaijan, British Airways, and the UK Embassy Baku
The festival, which will last from December 6 to December 11, will include films such as "Saving Santa 3D", "Diana", "Now is Good", "The World's End", "Suspension of Disbelief", "The Double", "About Time", and "The Selfish Giant".
The films will be screened in English only. Ticket price varies between 2 and 3 manats depending on the film format, and can be obtained at ticket offices of the movie theater or online at its official website.
The 28 Cinema, the largest movie hall in the country in terms of number of seats, uses the modern Enhanced 4K technology, the Barco projectors of new generation and 3D Xpand spectacles. The movie theater with six halls traditionally hosts film festivals.
