Azeri culture center to open in China
BAKU – An Azerbaijani culture center will be opened in China. The issue was discussed on Wednesday by culture minister Abulfas Garayev and Azerbaijan’s ambassador to China Latif Gandilov, according to the culture ministry.
Days of Chinese Culture are planned in Azerbaijan for fall 2012 as well, it was announced at the meeting. Garayev and Gandilov also discussed possible signing of an agreement to include Azerbaijan in China’s list of countries with the status of recommended tourist destinations.
The discussions also covered arranging campaigns to promote Azerbaijan’s recognition in China as well as various projects.
