Exhibition of French sculptor to open in Baku

Works of French sculptor Mauro Korda will be showcased in Baku.
The exhibition entitled "Zoospective and Morphospective" will open at the Heydar Aliyev Center on March 15, Trend Life reported.
Some 40 art works will be presented to art lovers in Baku.
Portraits occupy a special place among the works by the French artist.
Working with such materials as bronze, ceramics, metal, marble, Mauro Korda reveals the inner world of man in different situations.
In his art, Mauro Korda pays special attention to the animal world.
The French artist draws attention to global issues such as the rapid disappearance of a number of animal species.
The sculptor sends a message that ordinary species of animals in the wild and zoos may soon look like fantastic creatures to them.
The exhibition will last until September 15.
