Azerbaijan is preparing for its third edition of the Formula 1, with capital city Baku playing host to the fastest street circuit in Formula One on April 27-29.

As in previous years, Baku City Circuit will surprise all guests with interesting series of concerts.

“Jamiroquai” band will open the intense entertainment program of the 2018 Azerbaijan Grand Prix in the Crystal Hall.

Head of the Marketing and Communications at Baku City Circuit Nigar Arpadarai gave a clue to Formula 1 fans. She posted a photo with the names of Jamiroquai’s songs “White knuckle ride” and “Blué skies” in her Facebook profile.

Jamiroquai is a British funk and jazz band from London, formed in 1992 by singer-songwriter Jay Kay. The band was one of the most prominent components in the London-based funk/acid jazz movement in the 1990s. Their best-known track, particularly for its music video, is "Virtual Insanity", which won four MTV Video Music Awards and a Grammy.

Biggest stars in world music such as Tarkan, Nicole Scherzinger, Black Eyed Peas, Mariah Carey were the headline musical acts of the 2017 Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
