Corporate Finance Azerbaijan int’l conference due in Baku

Baku will host the international conference titled "Corporate Finance Azerbaijan" on October 15-16, 2014.
The event, to be organized by the Adam Smith Conferences, will focus on the opportunities for financing the most dynamic economy in the Caspian Sea region.
This timely conference will examine financial markets and instruments, assess the potential growth and dynamics of corporates, and will structure a dialogue between financiers and corporate so they can structure the best financial solutions.
The conference will highlight regulatory and operational environment, tapping international capital markets -facilitate building an international credit history and yield curve, realising the potential of internal money and bond markets, investment map of Azerbaijan - from lending instruments and syndicated loans to equity investment, trade and commodity finance - supporting Azerbaijan's goal to become a trade hub, evolving investment advisory in Azerbaijan and outward investment strategies for Azerbaijani corporate.
The conference will include interactive panel debates, industry round-table discussion groups and spotlight presentations and case studies, showcasing the best domestic and international experience.
