Azerbaijan not yet decided on 2014 budget forecast revision

The revision of the forecasts of Azerbaijan's state budget for
2014 remains uncertain.
Speaking of the possible adjustments of the budget forecasts this
year, Azerbaijani Finance Minister Samir Sharifov told journalists
that he has no information on this issue.
In case of changes in the 2014 state budget, the draft law should
be submitted to the Parliament in May.
"The report on the execution of the state budget for 2013 will be
examined at the Parliament on May 16," the minister said.
Answering the question about the increase in funding mortgage loan,
Sharifov said that the government doubled the amount of funds for
social mortgage this year.
Some 40 million manat is considered for mortgage financing on
concessional terms this year.
Social and conventional mortgages are provided through the
Azerbaijani Mortgage Fund under the country's Central Bank. Funding
for ordinary mortgage is implemented at the expense of placement of
mortgage bonds.
