New player joins Azerbaijan’s corporate market
The Vestmark Financial Leasing Investment Company JSC entered Azerbaijan's corporate bonds market to attract financing.
The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee reported that in total, around 300,000 manat worth of interest-bearing book-entry registered unsecured bonds by the leasing company were registered
Within the emission, around 300 pieces of bonds at a par value of 1,000 manat each were issued.
This month, the State Securities Committee registered the emission of JSC shares in the amount of 1.2 million manat. The first emission of shares was implemented by "Vestmark Financial Leasing Investment Company" in March, 2013, at 4,000 manat.
