The 11^th edition of the International Trade Fair for Food Processing Technologies (FOTEG ISTANBUL) 2013 is scheduled to take place at the (CNR) Expo Center at Hall 1 & 2, in Istanbul, Turkey on March 7-10, 2013.

As a leading trade fair of the industry this event encloses all of the areas of the food processing industry, namely food packaging, food ingredients and additives, bakery technologies, food safety and food hygiene.
