"Azerenerji" JSC conducts an open competitive bidding for Supply an ERP 1C 8.2 package and Systems Integrator's Services for 1C Enterprise 8.2 system implementation in the Head Office and its entities.

The international competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On State Procurement".

The System Integrators will be expected to provide licenses for 650 users of the Finance/Accounting, HR, Warehouse/Logistics and Procurement modules and 5 server licenses as application, database, testing, reserve application and reserve database servers.

The Bidders shall submit the following documents for participation in the Bidding:

· Application for participation in the Bidding;

· Bank document confirming the payment of participation fee;

· The Bidder's full name and address, bank details, copy of charter and registration certificate;

· Information about the work experience of the bidder on similar projects and its financial capability;

· Other documents about the Bidders required by the Request for Proposals;

· The Bid Proposal (shall be valid for a period at least 60 banking days from the date of the bid opening);

· Bank guaranty (bid security) in the amount of 2% of the bid price (shall remain valid for a period at least 90 banking days from the date of the bid opening).

The Bids shall be prepared in 3 copies (one original and two copies).

The Bidders shall submit their documents stipulated above (except the Bid Proposal) until November 7, 2012, 18:00 (local time) to the above mentioned address. The deadline for submission of Bid Proposals is November 15, 2012, 18:00 (local time).

The Bids will be opened in the conference hall of "Azerenerji" JSC Head Office on November 16, 2012 at 16:00 (local time) in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives who choose to attend.
