Azeri firm to build new district in Tbilisi
Georgia will begin construction of a new district in the capital
Tbilisi, Dirsichala soon. It will build on the waterfront of Kura
by the Azerbaijani company AS Group Investment.
About 2000 people will be employed on the construction, and after
the launch 1500 Tbilisi residents will work there.
The complex will have a single architectural style and consists of
22 well-appointed homes.
In the territory, which will be equipped as a social-business and
recreation area, there will be children's and sports grounds,
shopping malls and entertainment facilities. The complex also
includes two schools and two kindergartens.
The apartments will be sold with plumbing, kitchen, telephone and
Internet. Those who want to buy apartments will enjoy 8% mortgage
loans.
Construction was examined on Monday by Tbilisi mayor Gigi
Ugulava.
