Azercell gets European certificate on customer service
Azerbaijani cellular operator Azercell has been awarded a major European certificate of quality in providing customer service. The country’s leading cellular operator became the region’s first private company to receive the EN 15838 certification for customer contact centers.
Azercell’s call center is also the first recipient of this certificate in the TeliaSonera group of companies, which is a shareholder in Azercell.
The EN 15838 certificate is a standard of high quality in communication with customers which has been accepted by the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) members and 30 European countries.
