New EBRD rep in Azerbaijan appointed
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has appointed a new head of its representative office in Azerbaijan, outgoing EBRD representative Francis Delaey said on Friday.
"The new head of the EBRD Baku office Neil McCain is already in Baku," Delaey said. "Previously, he headed the representative office in Turkmenistan."
McCain will embark on his duties in November.
Delaey explained the new appointment by his transfer to another job. He will head the EBRD representative office in Belarus.
Delaey has been heading the EBRD Baku office since 2008.
