Azerbaijan pays over 150 million manats in social benefits and pensions

In January of this year, the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population provided social benefits to 463,000 people and Presidential monthly pensions to 401,000 people, Azernews reports, citing the Ministry. The statement also mentioned that in January, 16,000 benefits were assigned via the e-system, and since 2019, a total of 738,000 benefits and pensions have been proactively assigned electronically.
