Azercell inks new roaming deals
Azerbaijan's leading cellular provider Azercell has put into
operation GPRS/MMS roaming services with Australia's Optus,
Tajikistan's Babilon-Mobile, Bermuda's M3 and Hong Kong's Hutchison
operators.
This is the second such deal inked with Australia, the first one with Tajikistan and Bermuda and the sixth one with Hong Kong. Azercell subscribers are already enjoying the services of Australia's Telstra and Hong Kong's SmarTone-Vodafone, CSL Ltd, People, HKCSL and Sunday operators.
Azercell Telecom has signed GPRS/MMS roaming agreements with 118 operators from 58 countries to date.
