Caspian Energy Alliance stake up for grabs
A 24% stake in Caspian Energy Alliance has been put up for sale, CEIBC President and CEO Telman Aliyev said.
Caspian Energy Alliance is a 100% owner of the Caspian-European Integration Business Club (CEIBC), Caspian Energy International Media Group (including all electronic and print media except Caspian Energy Journal), Alternative Energy International Media Group and Leo Brandmaker Internet Media Company.
Both state-owned and commercial organizations as well as diplomatic missions, non-governmental organizations and media companies of the countries of the Caspian, Black Sea and Baltic Sea regions may acquire the participating interest.
Companies and organizations incorporated into large financial and industrial groups are not allowed to buy more than 5% of the stock.
More detailed information will be provided at the CEIBC’s next session on April 9, which is to be attended by Ali Abbasov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Communication and Information Technologies.*
