Iran Customs Administration: 90% of imported goods pass through customs procedures

In the first half of this year (since March 21), 72,864,000 tons of products were imported and exported while 90 percent of imported goods passed through customs procedures within three days, the Iran Customs Administration said.

The value of imported and exported products in the past six months amounted to $45.305 billion. The value of non-oil export is $23.123 billion, while the value of imports - $22.182 billion.

Ninety percent of products passed through e-customs procedures, while the supply of the remaining 10 percent of products has been delayed due to incorrect code or the companies’ announcement.
