AXA, a French insurance company, may sell its subsidiary in Azerbaijan - AXA MBASK insurance company, a source in Azerbaijan’s financial market told Trend Feb. 21.
The AXA has already reached a preliminary agreement on the sale of 100 percent stake of the AXA MBASK insurance company, according to the source.
The source noted that Elkhan Garibli, founder and first head of AXA MBASK insurance company, acts as a buyer.
“The deal will be completed after permission is obtained from the relevant authorities,” the source said.
