Azerbaijani judoists win 6 medals in Derbent
Young Azerbaijani judo fighters have won six medals, including three golds at a tournament commemorating the 100th anniversary of hero of the Soviet Union Shamsulla Aliyev in Derbent.
The gold medals came from Bendali Bendaliyev, Murad Beshirov and Nameddin Yunusov.
Osman Osmanli gained silver, while Novruz Elverdiyev and Umid Aslanov scooped bronze medals of the tournament.
Azerbaijan ranked first in the overall medal table, AzerTac state news agency reported.
