Azerbaijani boxers grab 5 medals at international tournament
Azerbaijani boxers have claimed a clutch of 5 medals, including 3 gold at an international tournament in memory of double Olympic champion, World and European champion Alexey Tishchenko in Omsk, Russia.
The gold medals came from Salman Alizade, Ibrahim Ibrahimov and Parviz Bagirov, AzerTag state news agency reported.
Boxers Tural Ahmadov and Iman Ahmadli scooped bronze medals of the tournament in the 56kg and 64kg divisions respectively.
