Turkish opposition demands interior minister’s resignation
Turkey’s oppositional Republican People’s Party (CHP) has demanded that the country’s interior minister, Efkan Ala, resign.
The minister doesn’t cope with his responsibilities, CHP claimed in a message March 17.
Earlier, the CHP head Kemal Kilicdaroglu criticized Turkey’s Interior Ministry for not being able to find a suitable candidate for the position of minister.
CHP also made suggestions in its message, which, as the party believes, can improve the situation in Turkey.
The suggestions include changing Turkey’s foreign policy on the neighboring Arab countries.
