Foreign countries interested in Iran's Kish Island
Five foreign states have voiced readiness to make investments in this Persian Gulf Island, Chairman of Iran's Kish Free Zone Organization said.
Ali Asghar Mounesan made the remarks on January 30 in a meeting
with visiting ambassadors to Tehran of Austria, Japan, Kuwait,
Thailand and Malaysia who are presently in Kish to attend an
international exhibition on tourism, IRNA reported.
The foreign diplomats have separately voiced readiness of their
economic sectors and companies to invest in Kish.
They further called Iran as the biggest market in the region.
The diplomats also called for further bilateral relations between Iran and their capitals.
