The Uzbek-German trading house will open in Tashkent in July 2018. The project is implemented by the ONS Frankfurt GmbH group of companies.

The trading house will become a commercial platform for export-import transactions between the companies of Uzbekistan and the countries of the European Union. The project will also serve as a platform for attracting investors and modern technologies to the Uzbek economy.

“Our specialists will help to promote both European manufacturers in Uzbekistan and Uzbek ones in the EU countries, providing them with a full range of services - from consulting to contracting. The partner portfolio of our company includes hundreds of enterprises,” noted the top manager of ONS Frankfurt GmbH Miroslav Trenchevski.

It is planned that the trade house will supply Uzbekistan with equipment and advanced technologies of the EU countries, providing comprehensive support: equipment search, contracting, production inspection, logistics, insurance, customs support, commissioning, warranty and post-warranty service, training, financing projects involving foreign investment and financial institutions.

Textile, agricultural (fruits and vegetables, dried fruits, spices, greens, etc.), alcoholic (wine, vodka, cognac, wine concentrate, cognac concentrate), pharmaceutical (mountain plants, snake venom, root licorice) products, petrochemical products, as well as other types of products in demand in the EU market will be exported from Uzbekistan.

The creation of a trading house is expected to stimulate a significant increase in the annual volume of exports of the Uzbek products to the EU member states and attract foreign investments, which at the initial stage, according to forecasts, will amount to no less than 10 million euros.

Germany is one of the main trade and economic partners of Uzbekistan in Europe. As a result of 2017, the volume of Uzbek-German trade reached $ 613.2 million. The total amount of financial and technical cooperation between the two countries is more than $329.9 million euros.
