Turkish minister: Signing deal on S-400 purchase is matter of time

Signing of an agreement between Turkey and Russia for the purchase of the S-400 Triumph air defense system is a matter of time, Turkish media outlets cited Minister of National Defense Fikri Isik as saying.
Isik noted that Ankara has almost agreed with Moscow on details to buy the S-400 Triumph system, according to the report.
Previously, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Moscow was ready to sell Ankara the S-400 Triumph system, but the issue of localization of the production in Turkey would depend on the readiness of the country’s industry.
