$20bn to be invested in Azerbaijan oil refining
Investments to the tune of $20 billion will be made in oil refining in Azerbaijan in the future, Energy Minister Natig Aliyev said Tuesday.
Aliyev told a roundtable on the development of the country’s industries and energy sector that a new program on boosting the oil refining sector is in the making and will begin to be implemented within the next two years.
