BP Azerbaijan exceeds associated gas projection two-fold
BP Azerbaijan has exceeded nearly two-fold the projection on the
delivery of associated gas produced from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli
(ACG) Caspian oil fields to Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR
since the beginning of 2009.
The company delivered about 392 million standard cubic feet, or 11.1 million cubic meters per day. Instead of the planned minimum of 1.45 billion cubic meters, around 3 billion cubic meters were delivered during the first three quarters of 2009.*
